Pool or Spa Area Maintenance

A hotel pool opens at a set hour and has to be clear, balanced, and clean when the first guest arrives. Someone has already skimmed the surface, vacuumed the floor, tested the water, dosed the chemicals, scrubbed the tile line, and set out the loungers. That person is working with long poles, wet decks, strong chemicals, and a reading on a test kit that decides what happens next.

The water test comes first. A sample is drawn from elbow depth, reagents are added, and the color is read against a chart for chlorine and pH. Based on that reading the attendant measures out granular or liquid chemical and adds it to the pool or the feeder. Then the physical work: a telescoping pole with a skimmer net, a manual vacuum head on a hose that has to be primed, a tile brush at the waterline, a backwash of the filter if pressure is high.

Spa areas add their own steps. Hot tubs are drained and refilled on a schedule, jets are cleaned, and saunas and steam rooms are wiped with specific cleaners. Loungers and towel stations are reset. All of this happens on a slippery deck with equipment that is long and awkward to maneuver.

The head camera captures the test kit colors, the chemical measuring, and the pole handling up close. Fixed cameras on the deck show the full reach of the pole across the water. We film full shifts at operating hotels with consented, paid attendants. The data is delivered as episodes per pool or spa area, cut into steps with plain-language labels and success or failure tags from the water log and inspection. Hand, tool, and equipment tracking is optional. Your schema, your storage.

Ask for a sample and it will arrive within a business day.
