Loading a bell cart is a packing problem. Heavy cases go on the bottom, soft bags on top, and garment bags hang from the rail. The cart has to roll through doorways, across carpet, into an elevator, and down a corridor without anything falling off. Lifting a bag out of a trunk means reading its weight from the first pull and adjusting the grip. A bellhop also tags bags, matches tags to a room list, and hands over in the right order at the right door.
The footage shows this from the bellhop's own point of view, with the head camera following the hands as they grip handles and read tags. Fixed cameras at the porte cochere, in the lobby, and in the luggage room add the full-body view. Collection happens in real hotels across five countries, over full shifts, with consented and paid participants. Everything is cleared for commercial training use.
For the researcher, the shift is cut into episodes, one per movement of luggage from origin to destination. Steps inside each episode carry plain-language labels, such as lift suitcase from trunk or load cart lower shelf, and a success or failure tag. Tracking of hands, bags, cart, and tag labels is available. Delivery goes in your schema to your storage.
