The head camera gives a first-person view of the box cutter along a case seam, the arm reaching to the top shelf, the rotation of stock so old dates come forward, and the hand sweeping products to the shelf edge. Fixed cameras in the aisle show posture, the stocking cart, and the way the worker moves between aisles. Shifts are filmed in operating grocery, pharmacy, and general retail stores.
Facing in particular is about seeing. The worker steps back, scans the aisle, and spots the gap or the turned label. A model that can do that has learned something about what a tidy shelf looks like across thousands of products.
Episodes are segmented per case or per section with steps labeled like "open case", "rotate stock", "load shelf", and "face section", tagged for success or failure. Hand and object tracking are optional. You choose the schema and the bucket, and we deliver to both. Everyone filmed is consented and paid, and footage is cleared for commercial model training.
