Price Tagging or Shelf Signage

Price changes come down overnight and the labels have to be on the shelf before the store opens. The worker walks the aisle with a handheld printer or a stack of pre-printed tags, finds the right slot on the shelf edge, pulls the old label, snaps the new one into the channel, and moves on. On a promotion day, the same person hangs signs, clips shelf talkers, and sets up end-cap displays.

Our footage shows the match between a tag and a product, which is the step that goes wrong most often. The head camera records the worker reading the label, scanning the shelf, locating the facing, and placing the tag. It also captures the handheld scanner being used to verify a price and the tag being reprinted when it does not match. Fixed cameras in the aisle show the full route and the cart of supplies.

The work looks simple and is not. Shelf channels are different widths. Old tags are stuck. Products have moved since the planogram was printed. The worker resolves each of these on the spot.

We deliver episodes per aisle or per batch of changes, segmented into steps like "locate facing", "remove old tag", "insert new tag", and "verify scan", each tagged as succeeded or failed. Hand and object tracking can be added. Data is written to your storage in your schema. Workers are consented and paid.
