Upholstery, Mattress or Rug Deep Cleaning

A hot water extraction machine, a selection of pre-sprays, a stiff brush, and a lot of judgment about fabric. That is the kit for deep cleaning a sofa, a hotel mattress, or a wool rug, and the judgment is the part that takes years. The wrong chemical shrinks a natural fiber or bleeds a dye, and too much water leaves a mattress wet for two days.

Work begins with a fiber test in a hidden corner, then vacuuming to pull dry soil, then pre-spray and a dwell time, then agitation with a brush or a rotary tool. The extraction wand goes over every section in slow overlapping passes with a dry pass after each wet one. Rugs sometimes go into a pit for a full wash and a centrifuge spin. Mattresses get flipped and treated on both sides. Stains get individual attention with spotters chosen by the type of stain.

Head cameras on the technician capture the fiber test, the choice of chemical, and the close work on stains. Synchronized fixed cameras cover the room or the rug plant and show the body mechanics of running a wand for hours. We record full shifts in working hotels, rug plants, and residential jobs across five countries.

What arrives is segmented by item, with steps in plain language such as fiber test, dry vacuum, pre-spray, agitation, extraction, dry pass, and spot treatment. Success and failure tags record items that came out clean against items that needed a second pass, showed browning, or were damaged. Tracking of hands, wand, brush, and the item being cleaned is available on request, and we deliver in your schema to your storage.

Technicians are consented and paid, and the footage is cleared for commercial model training. Ask for a sample and it will be with you within a business day.
